Who We Are and What We Do

As Managing Partner, Jason is charged with leading all ground up development including oversight of due diligence, design/engineering, entitlements and construction for all projects.

His ground up development background extends over 20 years in commercial real estate. His broad experience provides a great deal of diversity in having led development for nearly $500 million in sports and entertainment venues, and also smaller projects such as regional retail bank branches. He has led fully integrated project teams amassing a project portfolio of approximately $1 billion in total project value and 2.5 million square feet of developed space. His broad ranging experience has proven to successfully execute projects that are delivered on time sensitive schedules, but also with creativity in structuring while not overlooking the driving value of budget.

Prior to joining Cypress West, Jason served as the National Director of Healthcare Development of longstanding privately held national development company. Leading the healthcare practice within this 30 year old firm Jason led a team of professionals through acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, design and construction for outpatient healthcare facilities on behalf of strategic health system and multi-specialty clients throughout the country. Projects ranged from outpatient clinics to complex specialty centers and ambulatory surgery centers. Jason holds a bachelors degree in both Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Arizona. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Arizona.

As Partner, Chris directs all aspects of Cypress Development’s capital structuring and deployment.

Throughout his career, Chris has been directly involved in transaction management for the portfolios of two Fortune 500 companies, investment acquisitions and dispositions, as well as capital raising efforts. His cumulative experience represents more than $2.5 billion of aggregate transactions and finance assignments, encompassing over 25 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Prior to forming Cypress Development, Chris’ direct involvement in medical office assets has included the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of 2.5 million square feet and more than 50 assets. Chris serves as a partner for Cypress West Partners and served as Vice President at a national medical real estate acquisition firm; Director at the Steadfast Industrial and Multi-Family REIT; Western Regional Acquisitions Manager with the Passco Companies; and was an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield. Chris holds an MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Westmont College. Chris is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California and holds FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Sean joined Cypress Development Partners in 2023 to assist in a variety of roles. He currently supports the development team in acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, pre-development, construction and disposition phases.

Prior to joining Cypress Development Partners, Sean served as an attorney with Phoenix-based law firm, Tiffany & Bosco P.A., specializing in land use and zoning. In that role, he helped spearhead the entitlement process for a number of development firms on a variety of commercial and industrial projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and Maricopa County.

Sean obtained his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Juris Doctor from Arizona State University.
