Cypress Development Partners Breaks Ground on Middleton Medical Collaborative Orthopedic Surgery Center

Cypress Development Partners has officially broken ground on the Middleton Medical Collaborative, a new state-of-the-art orthopedic ambulatory surgery center in Middleton, Wisconsin. The milestone follows the firm’s April 2024 acquisition of the 1.76-acre development site.

The project is being developed in partnership with Orthopedic & Spine Centers of Wisconsin (OSCW), a rapidly expanding regional orthopedic group, with strategic backing from Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo). Together, the partnership aims to deliver a modern, patient-focused facility designed to advance outpatient surgical care in the greater Madison area.

Once complete, the 12,500-square-foot facility will feature specialized surgical suites and support areas tailored to orthopedic procedures and outpatient recovery. Ground-up construction is expected to be completed by September 2025, with orthopedic surgeries anticipated to commence in the second quarter of 2026.

Cypress Development Partners is leading both the site development and tenant improvement buildout, leveraging a team of local architects including HGA and Erdman, Vogel Bros. Building Co.  to ensure the project meets the highest standards of design and functionality.
