Cypress Development Partners Completes New Medical Building

Middleton, WI (March 1, 2026) – Cypress Development Partners (“CDP”) announced completion of its newest ambulatory surgery center development in Middleton, Wisconsin. Middleton Medical Collaborative broke ground in May 2025 and obtained Certificate of Occupancy in January 2026.

CDP led the project team from entitlements through tenant improvements, maintaining a disciplined approach focused on speed to market, coordination, and operational readiness. The swift delivery timeline reflects what can be accomplished with an experienced project team and a development process.

Vogel Bros. Building Co. served as General Contractor. Hammel, Green and Abrahamson provided architectural services for the base building, and Erdman led tenant improvement architectural design.
