Cypress Development Partners has announced plans for the Middleton Medical Collaborative, a new state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center to be developed in Middleton, Wisconsin. The project follows Cypress’s April 2024 acquisition of a 1.76-acre vacant parcel strategically located to serve the growing regional healthcare demand.

Developed in partnership with a rapidly expanding local orthopedic physician group Orthopedic and Spine Centers Wisconsin and Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo), the Middleton Medical Collaborative will feature approximately 12,500 square feet of purpose-built surgical space designed to support advanced orthopedic procedures in a patient-centered environment.

Cypress intends to break ground in May 2025, with surgical operations anticipated to commence in the second quarter of 2026. The firm will lead both the ground-up development and tenant improvement buildout, working closely with local architects and contractors to ensure the project embodies efficiency, flexibility, and best-in-class design standards.

Brokerage representation for the Middleton Medical Collaborative is being led by Justin Hucek and Chase Brieman of CBRE, who have been instrumental in site selection and transaction structuring for the development.
